Designing an event with conferences and round tables for the general public is no easy task. Galactic Studios was happy to work with the Summer Space Festival, EPFL, ESA or Space Exchange Switzerland to design the right moderation to interest their wide audience: from children, to space enthusiasts and students.
We adapt our moderation to your flexible program and to the speakers that are invited on stage: from astronauts to scientists and students. With always a strict time constraint, these events demand a high adaptability to make sure we stick to the program. Galactic Chloé is used to moderate panels and proposes different themes using fun tools for the audience such as Kahoot or Mentimeter to engage with the public.
In parallel to event moderation, Galactic Studios is happy to design content to advertise the activities. In 2024, we were happy to be working with the Summer Space Festival for their instagram account, edit a teaser for the Space Exchange Switzerland, or produce an overview video for the EPFL Space Center.
